Formation of 400 Self Help Groups (SHGs) of women over districts of Bageshwar in Uttarakhand. Self-Employment trainings were provided by support of MEDP(Micro Enterprise Development, milk production Program).

Courses on Tailoring, mushroom cultivation, off season vegetable production were part of trainings. As a result of our trainings local women are earning good income. Many participants have even established their own centers providing trainings on self-employment.

We provided trainings on new technology and techniques of agriculture to farmers with the support from NABARD, Farm Science Centers & Department of Gardening.

As a result of trainings, farmers are earning good income and have set up their own farms growing Kiwis, Apple and exotic fruits. Many fisheries were also set up.
